How to Get Printer Ink Stain out of Clothing and Other Surfaces

The chances of a printer ink staining your clothing or any other surface are not that high. However, you never know when you might have to remove these stains. Given below are a few steps that you can use to removes such stains.

STEP 1: Dabbing and Cleaning

All you need to do is dab the clothing area that has been stained with a clean wet sponge and then clean it. Do so until all ink is lifted from the stain.

STEP 2: Drying

The next step is also very simple. You need to air dry the stain.

STEP 3: The Hair Spray

Take your hair spray and spray the stain.

STEP 4: Sandwiching

The fabric that has been stained must then be placed between two towels of paper.

STEP 5: Blotting

The backside of the stained clothing needs to be blotted. The stain thus needs to be worked into the paper towel. The process needs to be continued till the stain has been lifted.

For Leather

STEP 1: There are various leather protector solutions easily available in the market. If there is a staining, just spray the protector solution on to the stained area. Wipe it with a sponge or a clean cloth.

For Carpets
